I had a Tim Walz moment this weekend.

I have a Garmin exercise watch and sometimes participate in the challenges show up each month - this month was 400 km (248.6 mi.) of cycling. I started on the 8th and wrapped it up ahead of schedule thanks to some long rides on the last two weekends.

Anyway, I was riding in the rain over the weekend and any time I passed someone I'd yell "Ding Ding Ding! Passing on your left!" (The ding ding ding part is in a high falsetto to get their attention.) About half the time, people would wave and laugh out loud at my attempt at humor - to those I'd follow up with "the damn bell is in the shop".

Always cracks me up when you're having fun while exercising. Plus, I think speaking up while passing makes the trails safer for everyone.

If you have a lighthearted moment of silliness and connection you'd like to share, I hope this is a thread to do so.
