3. The funny thing is he keeps referring to the Florida case where Smith requested that the

evidence be highly redacted. (Duh it is a classified documents case). What he fails to point out is that his arguments then were to unredact the material. It is a walking contradiction and the only thing different from that one and his previous filings are that I don't see them calling Trump the forerunner in the election. Do even his lawyers see the writing on the wall?
