Trump has been pushing to repeal the ACA for 15 years. Never once did he nor his GOP cronies ever come up with a counter plan. Getting rid of the ACA WAS their plan. The end.

And he hated John McCain for that vote---

and he might have actually have gotten McCain's vote for ACA repeal,
if he hadn't previously derogated McCain's military record:

'he's not a hero. I like guys who weren't captured'
