(6,540 posts)They CAN'T follow the law, because if they did, his lawyers would "defect" to the prosecution and turn states evidense.
(I know this will never happen.......I'm being sarcastic....)
But his lawyers know he's GUILTY AS HELL!!
It's all delay hoping he gets elected and trashes ALL OF HIS CRIMINAL TRIALS.

(8,633 posts)....just a suggestion - next time hire lawyers that don't listen to/follow any suggestion from you on how they should behave in the courtroom. Nah, never mind. Please continue.

(98 posts)that tRump's team can no longer stall with all of these bogus filings?
Or, is it just another judge's admonishment to be ignored and forgotten?

(465 posts)... like that $970,000 "sanctions" hit which Federal Judge Middlebrooks levied on Alina Habba and Donald J. Turd, jointly and severally, for bringing bogus and frivolous civil actions in his courtroom.

(6,016 posts)are making the statements/arguments the client is demanding of them rather than what would be a normal situation. The Orange Ruski looks at each case and every filing as an opportunity for him to do PR. It's all a "performance" to him. Sociopath.

(121,197 posts)to be sure it contains the requisite whining and accusations that he's being treated unfairly by Sleepy Joe's Deep State DoJ. The lawyers have to balance the likelihood that they won't get paid if they fail to include that crap against the likelihood that the court will sanction them if they do include it.

(7,576 posts)Because the judges have been in his pocket so I don't see this as a big deal for Trump, the case will likely be dropped either by Trump winning the election or SCOTUS again bailing him out. The corruption is that thick.

(155,025 posts)Most of TFG's briefs opposing the release of the Special Counsel filing were claims that this was a partisan exercise and the facts in the filing should not be released so close to the election. In her opinion releasing the Special Counsel brief, Judge Chutkan called out TFG's counsel for advancing political rhetoric that has no basis in law. The best is when Judge Chutkan noted that TFG's claims are unbefitting of experienced defense counsel
