Does anyone else think that when donald loses, the SCOTUS will wash it's dirty hands of him?

If his cases go to the SC, they will have NO reason to cover for him any longer. They will be like, Donald Who? That is my feeling.

ALL Judicial appointments made by Kamala Harris if she is the next POTUS and they gain control of the Senate.
That would mean US Supreme Court nominees as well.

Not to mention, Cabinet and other picks as well.

I think this presidential immunity BS will change quickly once Harris takes office, a case will bebrought and the GOP SCOTUS will all the sudden say, "Nope, presidents don't have any sort of immunity."

Despite numerous opportunities.

I think the court still might meddle- GA seems like it’s preparing an engraved invitation for SCOTUS meddling- and candidate challenges under the ECA May end up before the court, but I still think the odds for SCOTUS handing the presidency to Trump are lower than most think.

Remember, the counting of electoral votes in congress on January 6 is not within the jurisdiction of the courts, so any meddling would have to be done on a state by state basis before then (really before the safe harbor date in December), and would involve blatantly overturning the will of the voters.

Unless there are numerous (as in four or more swing states) cases where the margin in a state is just a few hundred votes or less, as in Florida in 2000, I just don’t see the likelihood of a SCOTUS-assisted coup.

For the first time in my life (77 now) i'm leaning that SOME judges are OWNED by rich and powerful. (just hope not enough to destroy our country.)
