That said, many crazy people can still be like sane people, a little afraid of what little they hear about weather experiments, but don't know how to research or get someone to explain its timespan and workings more clearly. Perhaps Swalwell might look into these claims instead of mocking her; it's not wrong for average people to actually be more informed about what government's actually done in exploring weather.
