Will TFG be competent to stand additional trials by the time they finally start?

Here is a long, but interesting, article about people with dementia committing crimes. I found it when pondering the question of whether TFG will ever go to prison. Until recently I was optimistic. Perhaps if the sentencing of the fraud case happens soon and requires doing time, maybe. Now that his mental health is quickly unraveling I’m starting to think he will not. Not only must he be competent for trial, he must also be competent for the sentencing.

Damn the long delays of nearly 4 years in the documents and interference cases.

I'm in trouble then.

I hope my younger brother and I can escape the dementia that both my parents had.

Saving this article. Thanks for posting.

I’m a little anxious about my own brain and memory. I’m 64 but feels like I’m slipping a bit 😬

I will be less concerned about him actually going to jail. Although it seems that in this messed up electorate, perhaps the second HAS to happen to ensure the first.

If it serves his purpose, and if he can claim that it's a tactic. Really he deserves a firing squad, for as many people as he and his decisions have killed -- to say nothing of the environmental destruction to come.

And fire attorneys who want to argue otherwise. And unless he becomes delusionally unhinged with threats to unleash a murderous horde on a daily basis in court, judges will probably shrug, and carry on.
