5. Hypoglycemia?

I’ve had something similar happen before and learned that it was often triggered by eating a whole lot of carbs and caffeine, like a big bagel and many cups of coffee. Three hours later, I wouldn’t feel hungry, but my blood sugar would suddenly tank and I’d feel just like that guy looked.

I also have a friend who gets so busy that he often forgets to eat. I’ve seen him keel over a couple times. I volunteer with him and his wife, and she and I are always coordinating to make sure he stays somewhat fed when we are working together.
