Has a Former 1-Term President Ever Run Again 4 Years Later and Won?

Or would that be unprecedented in terms of our history? Do we think that Americans are ready to make history electing a former 1-term President or electing the first African-American woman as President? - semi-rhetorical

Closest example I can think of is Nixon but he was never a former President (and it was actually 8 years later that he ran and won).

And his wife was a stunningly beautiful and charismatic woman 40 years or so younger. Very exceptional situation indeed.
