Is all our family members who are these fucking people. My wife’s parents and all of our collective siblings are Trump supporters and will be voting for Trump. They think we are crazy. I hate this reality.

Those things were a little cheaper under Trump and they think he somehow made it that way.

They don't know how the economy works, and they don't know actual history, and can't see how democracies have fallen in the past. Hitler promised a better economy too.

Don’t start No shit, and there won’t be No shit. If they say anything egregious I will speak up.
It keeps us all on a have fun basis and ask about the kids.

When they do start shit (MiL in particular seems to enjoy doing this), I ask calm rational questions like the guys do on The Good Liars. When this happens, everyone but the MiL knows what is about to happen, even the other Trumpers in the family and it gets quite awkward in a hurry.

Wiping our asses with coffee filters, nurses wearing garbage bags, refrigerator trucks being used as morgues. I’m nostalgic.

Rushing into the store when no one was there, body counts on TV, staying inside my bubble

Only good thing is I met my wife just as it was all starting.
