BIZARRE! Trump sways and bops to music for 39 minutes in bizarre town hall episode

I can’t do this article justice with only 4 paragraphs.
Apparently it was very hot at the event.
He played 9 songs just sort of dancing along for 39 minutes.

OAKS, Pa. — The town hall, moderated by South Dakota Gov. Kristi L. Noem (R), began with questions from preselected attendees for the former president. Donald Trump offered meandering answers on how he would address housing affordability and help small businesses. But it took a sudden turn after two attendees required medical attention.

Trump then resumed. Minutes later, another attendee needed medical attention. Trump stopped again. “Take your time, doctor,” he said, and “Ave Maria” began to play again. Trump then quipped to the crowd: “Would anybody else like to faint? Please raise your hand. Let’s do it now.”

“Nobody’s leaving. What’s going on? There’s nobody leaving. Keep going,” he said, as Rufus Wainwright’s version of “Hallelujah” played next. “All right, turn that music up! Turn that up. Great song!”

As “November Rain” by Guns N’ Roses played, he walked off the stage. He spoke to attendees on his way out, as “Memory” from the musical “Cats” played in the background.

the media doesn't care about the wellbeing of Americans. Can you imagine the "ratings" if all hell breaks out here while fellow Americans turn on each other?

So many ways to describe, yet again, another Trump moment that defies logic. The fact that his insanity is treated as if it were normal and somehow befitting a presidential candidate is baffling.

have a Pentecostal/Evangelical mood.

My take away was:

1) The questions and questioners were scripted and chosen in advance to let Trump speak on the issues they brought up. My guess is that his handlers came up with this format to stop him from crazy rambling. He rambled, but not quite as crazy as usual.

2) The first fainting incident might have been real or might have been staged. Hard to tell. It can happen, but seems to be a standard feature at his rallies now. At the first one, he looked to me like he was play acting with grand concern. At the second one, he looked surprised.

3) After the second incident, he weakly suggested going back to the questions, but then said that they would do music instead. I think that the plan was always to end with music, for two reasons. First, the selection of songs seemed designed to mix enthusiasm with grandiose piety, as if chosen in advance for that purpose. Second, by ending with music, he could avoid the spectacle of bored people leaving the rally while he was speaking. He even drew attention to that. "Look. Nobody's leaving." Kamala's comments are getting to him and his handlers.

His beatific facial expression during the music was nauseatingly phony.

I think he was trying to top Kamala's rally earlier on or maybe the DNC that had the arena rocking and everybody was happy and joyful.
This was just really weird.

Idi Amin Dada was a stark raving mad lunatic who killed an estimated 80,000 to 300,000 people with Amnesty International putting the number closer to 500K. So many people were killed or disappeared, the true count will never be known.

is actually so creepy. He can't dance at all...can't even keep a rhythm beat. And what's with Ave Maria being presented, now, at two of his rallies? That extremely lovely, melancholy, sacred song is often played at funerals and wakes -- not political rallies. He's disgusting.
