41. I was at this rally today and it was great!

It was a group of young men-likely college students from the UW-Lacrosse campus holding the rally. After she gave her zinger they all walked out the door.

This was the first rally I've seen in person since Bill Clinton in the 1990s. Fun!

44. Harris was incredible today. Like on a totally new level. I know I have

a bad memory, but for anyone who watched the full speech---have we ever seen a woman politician in this country do what she is doing? The command of the crowd? The blue meat being tossed out and gobbled up immediately by the audience and those watching at home? She is operating on par with Obama at this point, in my opinion. I thought to myself - how can she lose if she's performing at this level? You can't be that talented and lose. But I don't know how sexism / racism will interact with everything.

Also, she threw in a MAJOR new policy point that I haven't heard addressed anywhere: That point about allowing Medicare to cover regular home care aide services was HUGE. Currently, the care recipient has to pretty much give up everything they own to get long-term private home care services under the Medicaid program.
