And effectively tossed Section 230.

Spare you the details.

But Musk hides behind Section 230 while driving an agenda on the platform. Not just his own "free spech" but making editorial and censorship actions on what is supposed to be a "pass through"

Boggles my mind why there aren't suits against this.

Rich folks really want it "both ways"
