"SNIP............

“Donald Trump’s ground game in Arizona and Nevada may be undercut by canvassers working for America PAC using GPS spoofing to pretend they have knocked on doors when they haven’t, according to multiple people familiar with the practice and a leaked how-to-fake-location video,” The Guardian reports.

“The ramifications for Trump may be far reaching, given America PAC has taken on the bulk of the Trump campaign’s ground game in the battleground states, and the election increasingly appears set to be decided by turnout.”

“A bootleg how-to-spoof video, made by an America PAC canvasser in Nevada and obtained by the Guardian, shows the apparent ease with which locations can be changed to fake door-knocks, calling into question how many Trump voters have actually been reached by the field operation.”

Do they even go to the neighborhoods or do they fake the data from home? If you go to the neighborhood & all you do is walk the route of houses without knocking on any doors, would that register as door knocks?

And using GPS spoofing to make it look like they canvased for hours and hours.

When they really just stayed home and got paid for nothing.

"We called 610 people and of the 600 that didn't answer, 287 favored Harris and 313 said they favored trump so he's leading." 😁

Any data obtained is not considered scientific and is not used in polls, nor is it affiliated with polls.

7. Anecdote on this

A close friend who is a disabled vet lives in rural Northern Michigan. He's a strong Democrat. A couple weeks ago he saw a young Asian man walking up to his door to knock. He talked to the kid even though he realized he was canvasing for Trump. My friend knows his whole town and knew this guy wasn;t from around there. Guy didn't even really care to ask questions or do real canvassing, in response to questions my friend asked, he replied, "I don't know dude, I just get paid by how many doors I knock on." He never even asked if who my friend was voting for or if they're even voting at all.

So this guy drives to a small town and just starts knocking on random doors in order to get paid. Has no enthusiasm, doesn't give any information out, just there to collect a paycheck. This is not how you do GOTV! Knocking doors is tough work, you need enthusiastic people because this is a thankless and nerve racking job. It doesn't work with people who are just looking to get paid by door knocks.

I was canvassed this weekend by the local Democratic Party. Young man wanted to know when and how I intend to vote. He was persistent and getting extra details from me to gauge my likliness to vote. Said he'll talk to me again after I've voted. This is how you do it, not walking up to random doors and saying, "I don't know dude, I just get paid by how many doors I knock on."

event of 20 where 5 people were convinced to vote when they were not planning to. I like those odds.
