Kelly has been speaking out against Trump for years. He was the one who confirmed many of Trump's greatest hits, like "suckers" and "losers" and "what's in it for them" referring to soldiers killed in action.

Everybody just has short memories, it seems, including the media.

7. The OP title is misleading. It implies that Kelly has tapes

of Trump saying the things about Hitler that Kelly and others are talking about.

Kelly does NOT have tapes of what Trump said. He has tapes of his (Kelly's) interviews with the NYT in which Kelly told them about Trump's comments about Hitler.
