I'm not a lawyer,

But I really think the correct course of action after Trump loses the election would be to immediately revoke his bond. It can't be election interference if the election is over.

I suspect that a bond violation or some other act might be required to revoke bond. Just losing the election is unlikely to qualify or convince a judge.

Concerning the charges brought and the people who brought them. Including those statements denying the election results and implying that violence should be done to those oversaw the election. But, as I said, I'm not a lowyer.

I would prefer Mr. Trump skip the country. He clearly would like to do so. He thinks we are a trashcan, too. He should flee to climes he prefers.
