Yep, it was merely a "raucous, celebrity-infused rally" that was "splashy" and showed "Trump's instinct for showmanship."

(And before you ask, no, he doesn't mention the racist jokes about Puerto Rico, Latinos and Blacks.)

If what he wrote is how he thinks is the best way to characterize this rally, then he clearly has no idea what journalism is about.

Second, celebrity infused? really? what celebrities? Dr Phil & Hulk Hogan? So 2 Grade F "celebrities" make it celebrity infused? That was the most pathetic lineup of speakers perhaps ever assembled in a single place at the same time.
