USA Today is not endorsing a presidential candidate this election.

USA Today, the nation’s fourth largest newspaper, says it’s joining The Washington Post and the Los Angeles Times in not endorsing a presidential candidate this election.

What the hell?

Wait so they never endorsed a candidate?

This article said they have never endorsed a candidate even though they trashed the orange fascist.

maybe because the same-day issue was available for free at every hotel I've every stayed at, all over the country. I think the fact that it's not *based* somewhere makes me (and the newspaper men and women I've know) dismiss its importance.

I would have been surprised if they *had* endorsed someone.

It's not like they'd hesitate to endorse TSF if that was their intent. They obviously fear TSF's revenge should he be elected.

On edit:
My mistake, they endorsed a candidate for the first time in 2020 (Biden).

=========

They've never endorsed a presidential candidate in their history. It's seems odd that they would now say they're joining other papers in not endorsing, when that's always been their policy. If anything, the other papers are joining USA Today in adopting a non-endorsement policy.

They didn't endorse anyone in 2016, like all other elections, but they did tell readers not to vote for Trump.

So another corporate coward cowed by their fear of Trump. Surrender before the fight.

Maybe WaPo, LAT and USA T should be called the surrender press?
