Snyder makes Michigan 24th right-to-work state as he says he's signed bills

UPDATE: Gov. Rick Snyder said today he has already signed right-to-work legislation into law, soon after the House passed it earlier today.

The bills will go into effect 90 days after the Legislature adjourns, which will put the start of the new law around the end of March or early April.
