Alabama, 5 million people, has a rate of 14.5% for the same period.

Excluding TX, the other 7 states have 32 million people.

"right to be fired", because you can be fired at any time for any or no reason. There is no such thing as job security, wage security or benefits for most jobs in a right to work for less state.
