People are starting to file into the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg for a Kamala Harris rally that will take place later this afternoon.
There are some pre-rally festivities, including a Harris-Walz swag truck, music, dancing and cornhole 🌽

(9,993 posts)And I don't think it has gotten any worse since yesterday, so I'm hopeful with the Paxlovid it will clear up at least semi quickly.

(5,911 posts)There is often a rebound after that course. Get some vitamin C and take melatonin at night if you have that around. C helps with blood vessel health, covid is a blood vessel disease and Melatonin helps with both immunity and inflammation.

(94,261 posts)...that is a huge amount of people.
Pa. brought out huge crowds early in the VP's campaign, as well.

(169,736 posts)They have the Farm Show in there (I like watching the "sheep to shawl" event and tractor pulls) in January and all kinds of events throughout the year.

45 held an event in there this past July.
For perspective, Harrisburg, our state Capital, is about 112 miles west of Philly. Hershey, PA (and Hershey Park) is near there too, and I laughed about the irony of "the city named after her" before seeing your button pic.

..."let us be intentional about building community."
Right on. Such an important and rare appeal in the closing days of this or any campaign.
Thank you to the DU community for sharing these amazing rallies with me.
Now, on to Madison, Wisconsin for the last rally of the day!
