1. Weird how the "date" on pics is 1/1/06

Is that what happens when your camera's battery is low?
.. the time/clock tag regresses?
..or am I missing something here?

2. When the batteries die!

The camera had sat without batteries for a couple of months. When I put them in this morning, I didn't bother setting the date, because I didn't realize the camera's default was to include the date stamp!
