November 2016 through January 2021 was a traumatic experience. I'm not joking.
And I think many of us, perhaps myself included, have subconsciously buried how traumatic an experience it really was.
Waking up every single morning knowing there was someone insane and unhinged in charge of our country was surreal.
Only when he was gone did that conscious feeling of constant dread go away, but we just basically shoved it into a closet because it was so incredibly unpleasant.
And on this morning I’m forced to feel that feeling again.
We cannot go back to this.

That election were what caused me to become homeless for almost a year due to the federal hiring freeze that came immediately following the inauguration.
Fuck those assholes, I would like to see them suffer the same hardships as I did, disabled and living in my car at 60. in Montana.
I'll never forgive nor forget.
