It is close but not close enough in Texas. That's even assuming we keep Tester (also underdog). Have to hope an "unseen" voting faction is out there.

a 50/50 senate. Republicans will lose some they hadn't planned on and Dems will hold one they didn't think they would.

something like 72 to 6. When I was a freshman in high school we lost by that score to our cross-town rivals. And so while "72-6" is not specifically a possible outcome, I truly think the blow-out will be on that order.

Early voters polling show she is getting a lot of Republican votes, maybe more than 10%.

I am cautiously optimistic. It;s to the point where I will be surprised if we don't have a clear winner by midnight now.
