What is the first sign there might be a Blue Tsunami. Watch Kentucky and Indiana when the poles close at 7:00

In the past two elections the networks called both Indiana and Kentucky for Trump the same minute the poles closed for those two states. If Harris is truly doing well even in "Trump" States then the Networks will not be able to call the states as soon as they close. For the eastern Time zones it will be 7:00 (that will be half of Kentucky and about 90% of Indiana). They may wait until the entire states are closed including the Central time zone areas at 8:00 eastern.

I fully expect both states to go to Trump but if Harris is having a heavy turnout in those states and the exit poles in the key precincts are showing a close race then they will not call it as soon as they close. I think this will be the first real data (not speculations) that the race will be going strongly for Harris and the democrats.

IN was supposed to be mildly competitive in 2016, when they called it right away I knew we were in trouble. They delay it even an hour and it bodes well.

In 2020, Kentucky got called at the 7pm Eastern closing time (note the EST places have closed already at 6 Eastern), Indiana around 9pm.

If Golden gets reelected and Harris wins there, or even comes close, the night should be good.

I thought they couldn't call anything--other than exit polls--until west coast is done voting. What am I missing?

if you're in CA and you see that XXX won, you may not go to vote.

Didn't this happen during Carter?

...we might be in for a very good night. Also, take a look at Louisville (Jefferson County). If she outperforms Biden, that will be a good indication voter enthusiasm is up for us, which will be another good sign.

From what I’ve seen over the past week and today is long lines everywhere. Indiana likely will be an easy Trump victory. If not I’d be stunned.

In the counties where over half are in, I'm not seeing any where Trump isn't running a few percent behind his 2020 pull. Of course, that might not extrapolate nationally, that whole trying to kill the former governor thing in 2021, but there it is.
