...but in my opinion, Merrick Garland slow-walking Trump's prosecutions was the big mistake.

I think he should have been placed before a firing squad in Jan 2021. But don’t think GOPers saw it that way. Tonight, there were more of them than us.

much been for protecting immigrants’ rights, especially those who have been here for several years contributing to communities. But bigots just don’t care about that.

The economics issue is tough with inflation (though easing without the predicted recession) and high housing costs now. While I argued against trump’s BS whenever it came up, it’s tough going from “people are living paycheck to paycheck” as we were last year, to the economy is great.

Hopefully, we’ll get insights into problems in coming weeks. Like 2016, the midterms are around corner.

While IL, NJ and maybe even CO and NY were way closer than they are right now.

Biden, I love him, but there's no way in hell he would have done better.

ran an incredible campaign, much better than Joe could have done---- he never could have made the campaign that she did---

(unless he SHOT Trump on Fifth Avenue)

and I was vehemently against pushing him out of the race---

The people that voted for trump were not going to go for Biden or anyone else. They wanted that guy.
We pushed, we fought, hundreds of thousands of people volunteered, knocked on doors.
I don't know if we could have done anything differently to combat the anti immigrant hate, social media propaganda and people thinking the economy is bad. Some people think unemployment is the worst it's ever been.
