My husband's ballot was received & counted by Monday but mine was NOT only sitting there BUT it actually says that it it's going to be MAILED TO ME! As if it's last month had never happened & I had never filled it out.

about signing the outside of the ballot where someone could cross check with the voter registration to see if it was R, D, or I.
Doesn't seem like a very secure system that has everyone do that.......including Colorado......

I remember years ago, certain counties in Colorado "seemingly" used heavier paper to have the ballots printed on that would require more than one stamp. They didn't print "requires two stamps" in the area that stamps were to be placed. It was held up from going through in time to be counted........

We will never know how many EIS machines were tampered with across the entire nation, back when they were used during the WBush? election. they were so concerned about the "hanging chads" they didn't look at the weird stuff that was occurring on the EIS machines.........

8. I have been getting vote by mail ballots from the state of CA...

...for the last several elections, which I fill out and take to a ballot collection box in a public park very nearby my residence.

I have always received an email confirming that the ballot was received and counted by the following day.

This time I have not gotten any confirmation email, and I am starting to be concerned that something has gone wrong.

I will wait until a week has passed (next Monday) before I try to find out what happened.

every time I checked at the SoS for close to a week. This was a few weeks ago. (And that was 2 women and 1 man.) I thought it was weird that it still said they were outbound, too. Then we all got text messages from the county saying they had been received and counted. So, maybe you will get received and counted texts or emails from your county soon. I hope so!

but when I checked directly with the county registrar it was received and counted. email does occasionally go missing, which is why I vote early.

Since it’s after election day you won’t be able to get a replacement ballot. Out of curiosity, what county?
