If they can push through a National Abortion Ban, they will.

If they dissolve Separation Of Church & State, they will.

5. Let em try to enforce it. There will be resistance in states with legal abortion. I doubt they have the resources.

In order for them to dissolve Church and State they would have to repeal the first amendment.

Churches are free to promote politics from the alter.

They've been pushing hard to get prayer in schools, and at some point they will succeed.

They'll have all the resources of the Federal government at their disposal, should they decide to ban abortion nationally. They'll deal with those who resist, just like they'll deal with immigrants they want to throw out.

could this end up being the "law of the land"?

Yes, federal laws can supersede state laws in certain circumstances:

Supremacy Clause
The Supremacy Clause in Article VI of the U.S. Constitution establishes that federal laws are the "supreme law of the land" and take precedence over state laws. This means that federal laws can preempt state laws that conflict with them.

but that is the price to pay if you want a better quality of life. I'd rather watch my pennies than live in 100% fear of losing my rights.
