Some facts about Garland

I believe the Federalist Society is an anti-democratic, borderline terrorist organization. Garland monitored 11 of their events.

Magat Senator Mike Lee told Trump to replace Comey with Garland.

20 Magat Senators voted for Garland as AG

Garland prosecuted Hunter Biden for tax crimes that are rarely prosecuted, Hunter paid what he owed.

Garland releasing the Hur report that called President Biden old and forgetful was despicable.

Garland’s pyramid strategy was a ruse to delay investigating, prosecuting Trump.

Garland shit canned criminal referrals for the Michigan fake electors, Ken Chesebro, and Mark Meadows.
Garland’s accomplishment will be the prosecutions of Hunter Biden.

It was too convenient for Garland to say we're going to start at the bottom and work our way to the top because that's how we've always handled racketeering cases.

I think Eric Holder might have one, and there were a few others whose names I can’t recall at the moment.

Lots of Dems have participated or moderated Fed Soc panel discussions.

I’ve been celebrating Gallego and Rosen’s victories myself.

With the challenges ahead, I don’t have time or energy to spend hating and bashing someone whose actions, no matter how fast or aggressive, would have made any difference in Trump’s ability to run, win and serve as president.

Some of your facts aren’t facts at all, but are your opinions.

Garland’s pyramid strategy was a ruse to delay investigating, prosecuting Trump.

That’s not only an opinion, it’s a lie proven by the infamous WaPo report that showed Garland moved ahead with investigating Trump just weeks after taking office, despite interference and resistance from career employees at DOJ and FBI.

It was Garland’s groundwork with NARA and his approval to seek and obtain the Mar a Lago search warrant that made the documents case possible.

The only action that could have made a difference would have been Trump’s indictment and conviction for the crime of insurrection, neither of which happened.

We’ve been round and round this merry go round so many times it’s quite tedious, but there are those of us in the reality based community that can’t let your hate driven spreading of misinformation go unchallenged.

I’ve pointed out the misleading nature of many of these statements many times over, no point in doing it again.

Also this fact: he slow walked the Trump cases until Trump could be installed into the WH again.
