Young liberal women across TikTok and Instagram are discussing and sharing information about the South Korean feminist movement, in which straight women refuse to marry, have children, date or have sex with men.

These women say they are enraged and fed up after a majority of their male counterparts voted for a candidate who was found liable for sexual abuse and whose appointment of three conservative Supreme Court justices led to the overturning of national abortion rights protections.

In response, they say they’re swearing off men — and they’re encouraging others around the country to join them.

Until women get reproductive justice, which means we get our rights and our bodily autonomy back, having sex with men, even very nice and supportive men, is life threatening.
The only exceptions are women who have menopaused, women who have permanent infertility, and women who have had tubal ligation. And, if the tie-off ( suture?) comes off, even a woman who has had tubal ligation might be at risk for getting pregnant.

is that a man might fill out all of the ballots in the household. Before the election there were men online boasting about how they had done exactly that. This situation began shifting when the red states gave in to religious fanatics, who enacted complete abortion bans even in cases of rape or incest, passed laws to punish anyone who helped someone get an abortion, and even passed laws paying a bounty for snitching on anyone who aided anyone in any way to get an abortion. They passed laws restricting interstate travel to get medical care.

Because of all this, and because of the horrors about to be inflicted by Project 2025, the simple fact remains: becoming pregnant, even by loving and supportive liberal men, IS POTENTIALLY a DEATH SENTENCE for women. Period.
