I’m getting too many texts from friends, saying, “are you okay?” It’s lovely of them to ask. But I’m just fine. I can’t say the same for a lot of other people and things.

If I seem quieter over the next few weeks, it is going to be in part because I vowed that after the election, no matter what the result, I’d get off Twitter/X, get my news more directly from news sources (instead of using social media as a newsfeed), and write a book.

I've been having trouble finding liberal (DU-worthy) content on Twitter for the last few days - it's because the people I follow are leaving and most say they're heading to Bluesky. I'm still monitoring Twitter for breaking news, etc.
