(1,878 posts)It was the leader of Montenegro, who had just recently been admitted as a member of NATO. Trump was blatantly acting on Putin's behalf to show his disrespect.
Some of the lowlights that I remember:
* Telling the proud boys to "stand back and stand by"
* Saying that there were "fine people on both sides" after the Nazi march in Charlottesville
* His photo-op with Kim Jong Un and permanently ending joint US military exercises with South Korea and saluting a North Korean general
* Having the US military gas and attack peaceful protestors in Washington, DC and then standing on the site where they had been while holding up a bible
