I hope Kamala succeeds Newsom as CA governor

Despite some gains by Trump, Kamala still won CA by a substantial margin for President. Who has a better resume?

She can take a no-show job as a University exec or a Law Firm and just enjoy her life?

She's 60, retire a bit early... she's got pension sources and great access to future income.

Write a book... read a book, travel, enjoy time with Doug!

I'm a few years from 60 and the last thing I'd want to do is run for governor or something I'm looking forward to retirement I earned it.

I don't get these people that keep pushing politicians in their 60s and 70s.

to choose from and as someone who doesn't subscribe to a cult of personality I fail to see why we should choose Harris over the many other options we will have, even if she were interested.
