During Sandy I caught up on reading and read some pieces by Nelly Bly I had downloaded. A very strange time period. I wonder if there was some superstitious belief behind this or just done for fun.

The one with the woman holding her own head in front of her stomach is freaking hilarious.

It used to require real skill and patience in the darkroom to pull these kinds of shots off. Photoshop just made it easier.
