Let's take all the time we need to assure our elections are an accurate reflection of the will of the people.

My expectation is this - remaining provisional ballots closes the gap between Casey and McCormick to ~10k votes.
Recount moves the total by a less than a thousand votes one direction or the other.
We unfortunately end up right where we are now, but at least with more confidence that the numbers are correct so we can move on to the next fight.
