Right wing propagandists took President Biden's one vulnerability, his age, and ran with it. The rest of the supposed mainstream media followed their lead. They hammered the issue to death almost immediately after Biden was inaugurated.

Personally I didn't notice any issues with Biden's age until Republicans took back the House in 2023 and then started harassing his only surviving son Hunter. The investigations and Garland's idiotic decision to appointed a special counsel who is still trying to put Hunter in prison has unsurprisingly taken a toll on President Biden's overall health. In hindsight Democrats barely losing the House 2 years ago to Trump’s MAGA minions was a devastating blow to his presidency.
