Only Bob and Trump have drinks. Bob has a regular coke. Trump has some special drink - I can't make out the brand - on his typically messy dobby pile of papers and things. (Trump obsessively collects piles of things. Weird.)

I guess Musk and Jr. hid their drinks from view. Probably alcohol. Can't show that to the masses.

Note that Musk has little packets of condiments provided by McDonald's. However, Trump had a row of bottled condiments - like room service - in front of his tray. No struggling with little packets for Trump! Why aren't the rest of them served neatly bottled condiments? Because Donny Two-Scoops has to be special! He gets a chuckle from watching Elon smear ketchup on his fingers.
