Vivek Ramaswamy and others owned a company that had a patent for a medicine to
treat Alzheimer’s and they were able to plant a story that their medicine was effective
in treating the disease after which the stock in their company rocketed up. By the time
it came out that the medicine was worthless in treating Alzheimer’s he and his partners
had sold all their stock and walked away with millions of dollars. He will fit right in with
Trump because he is a con man too.

The cleaning up of Ramaswamy’s history and calling him a Biotech Entrepreneur is pure
bullshit. Just like Trump’s sane washing by our media.

17. The version I read was a bit longer.

He bought a company that had done badly in the stage 2 trials. With Mom and brother.
Mom scrubbed the data to make it look like the product was better than it was and they talked up the stock and went for stage 3 trials. They pumped up the stock during the trials and sold off a bunch just before the results of the trials were due. Turned out the drug was a flop.....
Investors, mosty small people, got nothing, and he, mom and brother pocketed millions.
Should have been investigated but it was small potatoes investors who got burned so nothing happened.
