If you are panicked, slow down.
As someone who served, in med field and didnt have cells, or internet , then, I was taught, these rules.
1. Know, your food and water.
2. You can't help, if you are hit, keep listening, those, who are hit, scream , the loudest, listen , for moans, you can save them.
3, if they are moving, help them.. if youvhear guns,
4. Get the hell, outta there, others, need your help,

Which now, are yours neighbors, step outside, meet your neighbors,
Don't ask them, how , they voted, just talk to them.
Just know, no one lived alone, in a war, and , a war, was never won, on hatred.
