When and where we can.

Gaetz will no longer be the AG nominee nor will he be a member of Congress. I consider that a win/win.

Things suck so we have to highlight those silver linings when and where we can.

1. He won his election. He could be back in Congress come January.

2. He may not

“I hereby resign as U.S. representative of Florida’s 1st Congressional District effective immediately. And I do not intend to take the oath of office for the same office in the 119th Congress to pursue the position of attorney general in the Trump administration,”

He could change his intent — not saying that’s likely, but …

Hopefully the weight of the law will finally land on his bucket head & he’ll be under the jail by then.

4. If he tries to come back

That would leave the Ethics Committee obligated to release the report. Remember the only thing that stopped it's release was his resignation.

3. I was told by many people in the know that

the Jan. 6, 2021 counting of the Electoral votes was just a formality.
