Affordability and increased drumpf support corrolated in Mass.

Here are two diagrams from today's Boston Globe (first link). One button shows affordability. The lighter the area, the less affordable it is on average. (income lower vs cost of living). The right button shows the amount of increased support for drumpf. Darker counties had a higher increase in support. The counties that are less affordable had a larger increase in support for drumpf. This adds evidence to the idea that, for some people, it is about the cost of living. I'm sure that there are many others who have other interests such as racism and tax cuts for the wealthy. But for those few percentage points that changed their vote, this is evidence that it was about the cost of living.

I call bullshit.

This correlation doesn't prove the causation they are claiming. I could give you half a dozen other reasons they voted for him that are more in line with what we know about people who vote for trump and which don't contradict the data in this study.
