I think Joe Biden should order the FBI to appear before both Houses of Congress...

And let the Congress vote on the question?

Should any/all nominees for the Cabinet be vetted by the FBI, especially those with contact with our national security?

Would the Republican Senate vote, that nominees for Cabinet positions no longer need to be vetted, with the knowledge that our national security is at stake?

Only a traitor would refuse to protect our national security.

In my opinion, because of their refusal to be vetted, the Constitution is in a crisis.

One already dropped out, and at least three others (Tulsi, RFK, and Hegseth) are in doubt.

If they wanted? Seems I had seen that in the past?

The Trump team is withholding their nominees from FBI investigation. This is a matter of national security.

The FBI should offer themselves to appear in front of the full Congress, in my opinion.

I’m not sure if he has the power to do any of that- apparently not according to some replies here. Something needs to be done, obviously though.

I don’t think there’s anyway to stop this oneway train to hell at this point. I guess if a lot of people start dying, someone will do something…. Probably not because when people were dying during the pandemic they did almost nothing.

in his first administration with himself, Ivanka, Jared and his spawn. They all were literally "given" the highest security clearances, due to Trump over ruling the need for them to be Vetted.......Trump himself, and his spawn and Jared would have failed.......

And, we already know that Jared made TWO F'ING BILLION OFF being able to obtain any and all Top Secret Military Info he wanted.

As a direct result, no other allied countries are sharing their intel with the U.S. Government since Trump got in again.....

Are doing that?

I’m not sure what you’re replying to here. I’m saying that I don’t know if B has the ability as a president to do with the original post suggested.
