It's OK for FBI to investigate some of the nominees - just not the ones that need investigating.
Those are the marching orders Trump is giving the Republicans.
At the same time, he has his list of "his people" that he wants to put in as Deputy Secretary in the different Departments.
It is up to the Republicans to follow the "advise and consent" clause of the Constitution. Democrats do not have a lot of power at this time, which may be an understatement?
We will soon see if Republicans are serious about our Constitution.
