What's been clear for some time, our justice system isn't designed to hold billionaires, and oligarchs accountable

They can do pretty much whatever they want without facing any meaningful consequences. There are occasional exceptions but not many.

A system where judges can randomly refuse to apply the law, is a system that doesn’t hold billionaires and judges accountable.
