wheelchair bound, so I don't really get into it w/ him very often, but I will if he goes on and on about tRUMP...which he doesn't really do very much anymore.
I don't know if he's slacked off if because it's at his bar that he's giving us the 'tRUMP speech', so he doesn't want to tick off his customers (he's been warned not to engage in such conversations as it does get people stirred up, so he's getting better about it).
You would think knowing how tRUMP feels about the handicapped, but this is how he feels.
And despite his pro-MAGA feelings, he does support the neighborhood that comes into his place by providing food for all of his customers every Sunday. A lot of these people are in their 80s and such, are by themselves, and don't cook much (you know how it is, cooking for one person). At XMAS time, we'll have a big potluck dinner, where everybody brings in something for all of us to eat. So, it's a strong neighborhood bar, a large customer base, where everybody knows your name.
Just because someone is MAGA, don't give up in the two-way conversations. Notice, I said two-way, one must fight against the constant spew of network media trash that people constantly hear (and he does) so I'm constantly fighting these stupid rumors...where in the hell they pick up these things, I don't know.
