yesterday, "Delay, Deny and Defend" may offer a clue as to motive behind the shooting of the United Health Care executive yesterday.
They are taken from the title of a book,
"Delay, Deny, Defend: Why Health Insurers Deny Claims" by author Jay Feinman.

Brass is soft, could have done it with as simple as a knife tip or a screw point

There are home engraving tools made and sold.
