...... the definition of efficiency in Dejoy's world was stealing elections by stopping /slowing mail so it didn't arrive in time to be counted.

The rest of the mail was just a cover-up.

Nevada to Georgia by USPS "Ground Advantage" and it took 12 days to get there. The tracking history showed several days where it wasn't scanned so it apparently sat in one place several times.
