Adam Schiff Doesn't Want Preemptive Biden Pardon

Politico reported Wednesday evening, citing unnamed "senior Democrats," that some White House officials are mulling whether Biden should issue pardons for Trump critics before he leaves office in January, amid concerns about whether Trump could seek revenge on those he believes unjustly targeted him.

Schiff, as well as former Representative Liz Cheney and former Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Anthony Fauci, are among the names considered for possible pardons, according to the report.

Schiff, a California Democrat who won the state's Senate race last month, told Politico he is not supportive of the idea.

"I would urge the president not to do that. I think it would seem defensive and unnecessary," Schiff said.

First of all, who is leaking this stuff to the media? And why???!

Second, just issue a blanket POCKET pardon and be done with it. It's not rocket science. Schiff will thank him later because he WILL be targeted. Guaranteed.

1. I bet "leakers" are just stating what they think is going on in WH, but don't know. I'm sure

that even if lots of pardons are ultimately rejected, the Biden Admin has discussed it.

Anyone can be a blogger/pundit nowadays with no real inside info. Just say what a reasonable person would do if Biden, or a loon would do if trump. You’d have a good chance of being right.
