Suspect/hope Supremes would rule Garland's actions were Official Acts, therefore no criminal prosecution allowed.

Official Acts have kept government officials from prosecution for decades. We aren't talking about Prez immunity.

if trump locks up garland (despite being a free man), then it's garland's own fault for not doing something about trump when he had the power to do so.
