We should all do (are probably already doing) what Ron Filipkowski's planning on doing

One thing I have actually learned from covering Trump the last 4 years is how to blame every problem in America and the world on the American president. I fully intend to apply what I learned over the next 4 years.

I told a coworker about my plan and she’s gone ahead and started using it already, like, “Well because of Trump’s tariff plans…” 🤣

I plan on saying to anyone I hear complaining about prices, "I thought Trump was going to fix this!" and then walk away... I plan on saying it even now before the inauguration.

I also have a longstanding practice of answering “Aisle 5” to any customer in Trump gear who asks me where something is. Chips? “Aisle 5.” Ice Cream? “Aisle 5.” Bananas? “Aisle 5.” If they happen to be asking for canned soup or crackers they’re lucky. Those items are actually in aisle 5.

You should be glad to pay Trump’s tariffs. It’s what he wants.

Variations: Think of it as supporting Trump. Aren’t you patriotic?
Trumps plan is working. Don’t worry, the pain will be temporary. Elon said so.
Think of it as a donation to Trump.

Said without sarcasm, of course.

They did the same thing to Jimmy Carter, did it to Clinton when they could and really this is all they did while BHO was president.

But, the rules of the game are that this only applies to Ds. Bush II was a asleep at the wheel when terrorists were slamming planes into the WTC and Pentagon, but somehow that was Clinton's fault.

We can try, sure.

But, we don't screech nearly as loudly or as unified as they do, and the media plays by their rules.

I would rather that we blame everything on REPUBLICANS.
Their brand has to be destroyed for an entire generation. Blaming it on Trump accomplishes nothing, except enabling other R elected officials to be just as horrible.
"That's what we get when we vote for Republicans".
"The economy is ALWAYS worse under Republicans"
"Of course tax cuts for the wealthy by Republicans always increase the debt".
"Why would we think Republicans would care about health care more than Health Insurance company profits"
"Of course REPUBLICANS took away the coverage for pre-existing conditions, and got rid of the 2k max on plan D out of pocket costs".
"Of course Republicans "

That the price of gas and eggs have nothing to do with the President.

Along with the higher prices for everything imported or that uses imported parts, the next pandemic, the next war, the collapse of the dollar, the next terrorist attack, the outbreaks of food-borne illnesses, the double digit unemployment, why they can't find birth control and everything else that the coming shit-show will bring.

One thing I can assure them: We can't entirely blame President Trump for why they are still incels.
